Sprite

2 Cups Sugar”
Zest of 4 lemons
Zest of 8 limes

1. Mix sugar and zest well to fully incorporate. Let sit for 2 hours, when it looks like wet sand it has done its job.
2. Pour in 2 cups of boiling water and mix well, fully dissolve sugar.
3. Strain and save, syrup is ready.
   

To turn syrup into Sprite – In a quart jar, mix some syrup with the juice of half a lemon and half a lime and top off with sparking water.
