“BigMomma” Maples Southern Sausage Gravy
1 pound Bob Evans or Jimmy Dean Sausage Roll
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 prepared biscuits
- Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in flour until dissolved. Try to soak up all the liquid in the pan.
- Stir and cook the sausage and flour for two minute to form the gravy’s base.
- Gently stir in the milk.
- Cook gravy over medium-low heat until thick and bubbly (aprox 20-30 min). Stirring often.
