“BigMomma” Maples Southern Sausage Gravy

1 pound Bob Evans or Jimmy Dean Sausage Roll
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 prepared biscuits

  1. Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Stir in flour until dissolved.  Try to soak up all the liquid in the pan.
  3. Stir and cook the sausage and flour for two minute to form the gravy’s base.
  4. Gently stir in the milk.
  5. Cook gravy over medium-low heat until thick and bubbly (aprox 20-30 min).  Stirring often.
