Baked Chicken Thighs
4 free range chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 shallot, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to bake at 425.
- Rinse chicken thighs under cold water and place in a broiler pan.
- Pat thighs dry with a paper towel.
- Lightly rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place shallots and garlic on the meat.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until juices run clear.
